How to Select the Correct Filter Machine
- Choose model BD505 or BD707 with 1-way pumping for fryers with drain valves.
- Choose model BS505 or BS707 with 2-way pumping for electric countertop fryers with lift-out elements.
- For kitchens with both types of fryers, choose model BS505 or BS707 and add a drain down filter.
