The MirOil 55HD30 Oil Filter Machine comes with a discard trolley and includes the 55HD30 Filter Pump, C88Ps EZ-Flow Filter Assembly, and LF101 Fryliquid. These hand-operated, high performance filter machines can move 10 lbs of hot oil per minute and have an oil capacity up to 55 lbs (28 L).

How to Select the Correct Filter Machine
- Choose HD or HOD machine & the drain down filter for fryers with drain valves.
- Choose HS or HOS machine & the pump out filter for electric counter top fryers and lift-out elements.
- For kitchens with both electric counter top fryers with and without drain valves, choose model HS or HOS plus add a drain down filter.
