Return Form
Please fill out and return the RMA form prior to returning any merchandise. We will supply an RMA number and instructions on how to return the items through the email info@cambia-distribution.com.
Conditions for Returning an Item
- RMA form must be filled out and approved prior to return.
- Item is prepaid
- Returned in original packaging
- Item is in a re-sellable condition.
*Our warehouse return policy accepts returns within the following time frame, which will be included in the applicable restocking fee. We will refuse collect/unauthorized returns upon receipt.
Time Frames and Restocking Fees
Returning within 30 days
- With re-order has a 15% Restocking Charge
- Without re-order has a 25% Restocking Charge
Returning after 30 days (up to 90 days only)
- With re-order has a 20% Restocking Charge
- Without re-order has a 30% Restocking Charge
Returning after 90 days
- Cambia Distribution does not accept returns after 90 days. (Unless conditions such as warranty & or other special circumstances apply).
If you Received a Defective / Warranty item
The inspected defective/warranty items will be replaced from our inventory at no charge, or credit will be issued to your account. All warranties are based on manufacturer warranty only. If Cambia had shipped the incorrect item, our return policy ensures that necessary steps will be taken to correct it accordingly.
