Portion sizes

“B” size portion if your fryer holds 50-60lbs (26-28L) of oil.
“C” size portion if your fryer holds 35-40lbs (19-23L) of oil.
“D” size portion if your fryer holds 17-20lbs (9-12L) of oil.
