The purpose of the crank handle (SP/PPU125-090S), is for the user to crank filtered oil (clockwise) into your fryer at approximately 25lbs per minute. In addition, this handle has the ability to pump old oil from your fryer(counter-clockwise), into your MirOil filter pot to be disposed.
Upon assembly, this handle also uses a quick-release pin to connect to the exposed pump shaft of MirOil’s hand-operated filter pumps (HS, HD, HOS, HOD Series). Please see “relatable products” for which Filter Pump Machine Models are suitable for the crank handle.
