Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

All orders placed on our website are subject to shipping fees, which are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but please note that some orders may be subject to additional processing time due to customs clearance procedures. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or other government agencies.

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for Canadian orders and 21 business days for US orders.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

For orders shipped to the United States, customers may be responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping charges at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Duty rates fluctuate into USA on imports from China, Taiwan, and Philippines only.

We recommend that customers check with their local customs office to determine what these additional fees may be before placing an order. Failure to pay any applicable duties may result in the package being returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for any associated return shipping fees.

  • China: 25% Tariff + 3.5 to 5.7% Duty + clearance fees and taxes.
  • Taiwan and Philippines: 0% Tariff + 3.5% duty + clearance fees and taxes.
  • Anything made in USA or Canada will have a 0% Tariff and 0% Duty but still clearance and taxes.
